Business Intelligence AnalystWe are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team.This professional will take complex data, extract insights, and help solve problems.Key responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and query data sources.Cleanse and manipulate data into the required shape, creating Tableau datasets, reports, and dashboards.Present and gather feedback on finished products.Deploy data, reports, and dashboards to Tableau; develop reports according to analyst-defined specifications.Conduct technical training sessions.Maintain and document the operational environment.Maintain and process SQL Server stored procedures and queries.RequirementsA minimum of three years of experience developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports, analyzing, and visualizing data.An understanding of Tableau administration, licensing, security, and deployment, and at least one year of previous work experience using Tableau.A solid grasp of relational data modeling concepts.Strong analytical skills, hands-on approach, ability to deliver commitments.Superior organizational skills, disciplined approach to implementation, support, and documentation.Experience with ETL of data from various sources using SSIS, Python, or similar technologies (plus).Knowledge of SQL Server database architecture and/or experience with creating tabular data models in SQL Server (plus).Advanced English language proficiency.BenefitsFlexibility: Work remotely and have control over your schedule for enhanced creativity and innovation.Tailored compensation packages to suit individual financial goals.Access to cutting-edge resources for seamless collaboration and productivity.Autonomous workflow management to achieve work-life balance.Generous leave policies for rest and rejuvenation.Diversity and inclusion in the workplace.Opportunities for collaboration with industry leaders.Professional growth opportunities through mentorship and development programs.
