Data Strategist - Drive business outcomes with data-driven solutions.We're seeking a fractional Data Specialist to partner with our sales team on an hourly/contract basis.As the technical expert during sales cycles, you'll help prospects understand the value of our data-driven solutions and guide them toward the right implementation approach.This role is primarily remote but will require onsite visits to client locations 1–2 times per month.Key ResponsibilitiesJoin sales calls as the technical authority addressing customer questions and showcasing deep product expertise.Collaborate with sales to design tailored solutions aligned with client needs.Deliver impactful demos, proof-of-concepts, and presentations to prospects.Work closely with product and sales teams to ensure smooth technical handoffs.Provide guidance on best practices and integration strategies for data solutions.Attend onsite client visits (1–2 per month) to support sales meetings and strengthen client relationships.QualificationsA strong background in data personalization or Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).Hands-on experience with Blueshift (or a similar CDP) is highly preferred.A proven track record as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Pre-Sales Specialist.Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Comfortable working fractionally on-demand and per-hour.Willingness to travel onsite once or twice per month.This role requires a strong understanding of data/AI technologies and excellent communication skills.If you're passionate about delivering data-driven solutions and working closely with sales teams, we encourage you to apply.
