Gerente de Projetos (SaaS)Estamos em busca de umGerente de Projetospara liderar implementações internas e junto a clientes em um ambiente SaaS dinâmico, garantindo execução impecável, comunicação clara e entregas de alta qualidade.O candidato ideal já atuou em empresas SaaS ou de tecnologia, entende modelos de receita recorrente, processos de implementação e toda a jornada do cliente.Responsabilidades PrincipaisPlanejamento & ExecuçãoDefinir escopo, cronograma, entregáveis e critérios de sucesso.Construir e acompanhar planos de projeto.Coordenar times multifuncionais (Produto, Engenharia, Operações, CS).Garantir entregas no prazo e com alta qualidade.Comunicação & Gestão de StakeholdersSer o ponto de contato entre cliente e equipes internas.Conduzir reuniões, acompanhar tarefas e manter documentação organizada.Comunicar riscos, atualizações e mudanças de forma clara e proativa.Qualidade & EficiênciaValidar entregáveis conforme requisitos.Propor melhorias de processo.Criar relatórios, dashboards e documentação de acompanhamento.Execução & Resolução de ProblemasGerenciar múltiplos projetos simultaneamente.Antecipar riscos e liderar a solução.Garantir alta satisfação do cliente em todas as etapas do projeto.Requisitos ObrigatóriosProficiência avançada em Inglês OU Espanhol (mínimo 80%) .Experiência comprovada em empresas SaaS ou de tecnologia.3–5+ anos como Project Manager, Implementation Manager ou similar.Excelente comunicação e relacionamento com clientes.Experiência com ferramentas como Asana, Jira, Monday, Trello, Notion.Forte organização, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade multitarefa.Perfil analítico, proativo e orientado a resultados.Alto senso de responsabilidade e ownership.DiferenciaisExperiência com equipes remotas/distribuídas.Conhecimento de integrações, APIs ou sistemas financeiros.Certificações (PMP, CSM, Agile).Experiência com implementações SaaS ou clientes enterprise.O que oferecemosRemuneração competitiva.Oportunidade de trabalhar com empresas SaaS em rápido crescimento.Trabalho 100% remoto e flexível.Cultura colaborativa, ágil e orientada à entrega.
