Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing CRM systems, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.Key Responsibilities:Support the coordination of meetings, reports, and sales records.Manage client records in HubSpot and other systems to ensure accuracy and update regularly.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to facilitate effective communication and workflow.Perform daily audits to maintain process adherence and data integrity.Respond to client inquiries professionally and escalate when necessary.Track key metrics, generate reports, and provide data-driven insights.Assist in creating sales materials for client meetings.Provide ad-hoc support to ensure operational efficiency.Requirements:Fluent English language skills with strong communication abilities.High attention to detail – accuracy in SOP's, reporting, and documentation.Strong organizational skills – ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Adaptability and flexibility – comfortable in a growing, evolving company environment.Experience in sales administration or operations support preferred.Ideal candidate has experience with Notion, Hubspot, Zapier or similar tools.Able to work independently while collaborating in a team setting.Problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.What We Offer:A dynamic and supportive work environment.Ongoing professional development opportunities.Competitive compensation package.
