Global Skills Development Manager We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our training and development initiatives.The ideal candidate will design and deliver comprehensive learning programs that drive real impact.The successful candidate will own the full lifecycle of training and development programs, from needs assessment through delivery, to strengthen workforce capability and performance.This includes assessing skill gaps and business needs, designing targeted learning programs, and partnering with business leaders to ensure alignment with department goals.A key aspect of this role is creating engaging training content for e-learning, virtual, and live sessions.The ideal candidate will be able to develop clear learning objectives and measurable outcomes, as well as implement post-training evaluations and reinforcement micro-learning to ensure knowledge retention and consistent on-the-job application.Additionally, the successful candidate will track and continuously improve key metrics, including time-to-perform, new hire ramp-up, training completion and application rates, and talent readiness for future roles.To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development.They will also need deep expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies, as well as proven experience with e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to understand complex information and translate it into clear training content, are essential for this role.Requirements:At least 8 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Organizational DevelopmentDeep expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologiesProven experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise) and Learning Management Systems (LMS)Ability to understand complex information and translate it into clear training contentExceptional written and verbal communication skills in English Benefits:Opportunity to drive real impact through comprehensive learning programsChance to work independently in a fast-paced environmentHighly organized and results-oriented individual Others:"The ability to drive meaningful change through learning and development" is at the core of this role.
