Job DescriptionThis is a remote position.About OptizonOptizon is a thriving e-commerce company behind multiple successful brands sold on Amazon.com.Through our consultancy services, we also assist other e-commerce companies to successfully build their brands on the platform by leveraging our experience and expertise.Our vision of delivering a 6-star experience to our customers through best-of-breed systems, data, and AI-powered innovation propels us forward and is at the heart of how we conduct our business.We are headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, but have a remote and dynamic team spread across various regions worldwide.About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior PPC Manager to bring our performance marketing in-house and lead PPC strategy across all our brands (and selected client brands).This is a senior, hands-on role suited for someone with strong agency experience who is confident managing multiple accounts, scaling ad performance, and delivering high-ROI campaigns in fast-moving environments.You will own PPC strategy, execution, reporting, and optimization across Amazon, Google, and Meta.Key ResponsibilitiesAmazon PPC (Core Responsibility – 90%)Develop and execute high-performance Amazon PPC strategies across multiple brands.Build, manage, and optimize full-funnel Amazon campaigns including keyword strategy, audience targeting, and creative testing.Implement Scale Insights & Nomadz PPC methodology after completing formal training.Maintain best-in-class Amazon campaign structures that support scalability and efficiency.Manage large Amazon budgets while driving strong ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, and profit outcomes.Portfolio & Multi-Account ManagementOversee a portfolio of internal (and selected client) brands with agency-level standards.Manage multiple Amazon accounts concurrently without compromising quality or performance.Develop consistent Amazon reporting frameworks and dashboards across brands.Prioritize high-impact initiatives and ensure timely execution across all accounts.Performance Analysis & OptimizationContinuously analyze Amazon performance data to identify opportunities, trends, and risks.Develop insights for optimization across bids, budgets, keywords, placements, and creatives.Run structured A / B tests to validate optimization decisions.Prepare Amazon-focused performance reports with clear narratives and recommendations for leadership.Cross-Functional LeadershipWork closely with Creative, Product, Data, and Brand teamsAlign PPC strategy with product launches, creative assets, and brand goalsProcess & System DevelopmentBuild SOPs for PPC operations and reportingIntroduce scalable systems to reduce manual work and improve efficiencyMarket & Industry ExpertiseStay updated on Amazon Advertising trends and new featuresMonitor competitor activity and marketplace shiftsGoogle, Meta & TikTok Ads (Preferred, Not Mandatory)Support cross-channel campaigns if needed (Search, Shopping, Paid Social, TikTok)Experience across these platforms is preferred but not essentialRequirementsQualifications & RequirementsMust-Have5+ years in PPC performance marketingDeep, hands-on Amazon Advertising expertiseAgency experience managing multiple accountsProven track record of strong ROAS and scaling budgetsAnalytical, data-driven decision-makerExcellent communication and reporting skillsNice-to-haveExperience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and / or TikTok AdsExperience mentoring or training team membersNoteFor consistency in our review process, we ask that applications be submitted in English.Thank you#J-*****-Ljbffr
