Why consider this job opportunitySalary up to $88,000Competitive salary and stock optionsUnlimited vacation policy for work-life balanceOpportunity to work in a fast-paced start-up environment with experienced industry leadersEngaging company culture with quarterly virtual team-building activities and monthly team lunchesChance to contribute to rapid expansion and new service launches within the organizationWhat to Expect (Job Responsibilities)Design and launch multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, social media, and content syndication platformsCreate compelling gated content and optimize landing pages to improve lead capture ratesBuild and manage sophisticated lead nurturing workflows and drip campaigns using HubSpot and SalesforceExecute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn, analyzing performance metricsMonitor and analyze key metrics to create detailed reports that inform strategic decision-making for campaign optimizationWhat is Required (Qualifications)Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)5-7 years of B2B lead generation or demand generation experienceProven track record of meeting lead generation quotas and cost-per-lead targetsDeep understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead qualification processesHubSpot power user with experience in Salesforce for lead tracking and sales alignmentHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)Experience in SaaS, FinTech, or complex B2B sales environmentsMarketing automation certifications (HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn) preferredProficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign ManagerFamiliarity with landing page builders (Unbounce, Lead pages) and basic HTML/CSS knowledgeData analysis and reporting capabilities with Excel/Google Sheets proficiency#FinTech #LeadGeneration #MarketingAutomation #CareerOpportunity #StartUpCultureWe prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
