You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and be part of projects that dive deep into user needs, behaviors, and market dynamics.Job ResponsabilitiesLead and conduct interviews with users (field visits and remote sessions)Organize and plan research studies: guides, participant recruitment, schedulingImprove and refine research methods and tools (questionnaires, sampling, etc.)Perform industry and competitor analysis to support strategic decisionsAnalyze and synthesize findings into reports and presentationsCollaborate with global teams and share insights across the organizationAssist with other research-related tasks as needed Job RequirementsCurrently pursuing studies in Business Administration, Data Analysis, Marketing, and related fields, with an expected graduation in July ****Strong interest in user research, consumer behavior, or qualitative analysisExcellent communication, coordination, and critical thinkingFluent in English (spoken and written) to work with international teams Bonus PointsExperience in fieldwork or academic/social researchData analysis skills (e.g. SQL or other tools)
