Job Title:Endpoint Engineering Leadership PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Endpoint Engineer to lead our endpoint management team.As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, patching, and compliance of our 600+ corporate devices globally.Main Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and career development.Maintain and improve our endpoint security posture through regular vulnerability assessments and remediation efforts.Develop and implement automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and minimize end-user contact time.Evaluate and recommend endpoint management tools and solutions to ensure compliance with multiple security frameworks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement endpoint protection strategies and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.Requirements:At least 2 years of experience in people management in IT or technical teams.5+ years of hands-on endpoint management experience, including expertise in Windows and macOS environments at scale.Strong proficiency with endpoint management platforms, such as NinjaOne.Demonstrated ability to automate endpoint management tasks using PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting languages.Deep understanding of patch management, software deployment, and configuration management.Experience maintaining compliance with security frameworks (SOC2, ISO*****, GDPR, CCPA).Preferred Qualifications:Experience in cybersecurity or identity governance industries.Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator or similar.Experience with zero-trust security models and endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools.Work Environment:This is a fully remote position.Must be available for occasional meetings across global time zones.On-call rotation participation may be required for critical issues.
