Operations Associate Analyst / Operations AnalystJoin to apply for the Operations Associate Analyst / Operations Analyst role at SalesforceAbout SalesforceSalesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together.Here, ambition meets action.Tech meets trust.And innovation isn't a buzzword — it's a way of life.The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.Role DescriptionThis position is on the Operations team within the Services organization which is the Professional Services (IT consulting) arm of Salesforce.com.The Operations Analyst takes care of all Professional Services Operations within salesforce.com's Strategic Services Consulting.The position requires skill in understanding the fundamental drivers of success in the business, in conducting analysis and driving process, compliance, and policy for delivery consultants and delivery leadership.Key Accountabilities (Impact)Work Closely with the regional operations team to provide guidance on policy and process knowledge of the regionBecome a subject matter expert on Professional Services Enterprise (PSA tool)Understand who the stakeholders are and build relationships with themProvide guidance and support to the Sales teams when they have questions regarding invoicing process in completing SOWs and other bookings' related informationProject data compliance to ensure smooth billings every monthIdentify and organize subject matter experts to support change management requirements gatheringCreate and deliver succinct, professional written and oral presentations to internal stakeholders at all levelsApply a global mindset to all project planning efforts to ensure initiatives align organizationallyBasic Requirements2+ yrs in related experienceExperience with a major CRM system is a plusPrior experience with financial and quantitative concepts.Excellent written business communication and verbal presentation skillsExcellent time management and prioritization skillsWorking conditionsRole requires occasional travel mainly within the country /global.Remote working with a fantastic work-life balance.Role Specific Skills (Optional)Strong communications skills & the ability to influence at all levels of the organization up to VPWork closely with the business process team to understand the process and provide improvement ideasAbility to clearly understand and guide on processes and proceduresStrong analytical skills with the ability to detect patterns and analyze disparate dataKnowledge & understanding of Salesforce tools and applications, specifically and most importantly, strong experience in creating and analyzing data from salesforce apps (preferred)Strong knowledge of and exposure to operational business processes, with a strong preference for knowledge of Services/Professional Services/Consulting operations (preferred)Experience of working in a fast-paced operational role, with the ability to manage ambiguity, changing priorities and remain focused on delivering excellent resultsAbility to work across Geo with colleagues to develop and implement governance practices for the businessMust have excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, and able to perform repetitive tasks accuratelyStrong knowledge of spreadsheet, database, and word processing programs, which includes Google suite application experienceSalesforce is an equal opportunity employer and maintains a policy of non-discrimination with all employees and applicants for employment.#J-*****-Ljbffr
