will play a key role for the enterprise supply chain and finance operations.In this role you will be able to:Perform complex research and analysis as well as ensures compliance with established financial principles.Manages professional and support level employees within specific disciplines in Finance such as controlling, accounting, taxation, credit, audit, treasury, etc.Handles non-routine and difficult inquiries such as rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investment.Or, responsible for the most complex and multi-faceted issues within one or more financial areas.Is a subject matter expert to whom the leadership team reaches out to with regards to his/her specialization within Finance functional disciplines such as controlling, accounting, taxation, credit, audit, treasury, etc.Leads project teams without direct people management responsibility.The impact you will make in this role:Provide Financial counselling to the commercial and marketing organizations, focused on CBT (GAPA, FCS and TS) segments and Verticals in Mexico.Also, LATAM FCS.Provide Financial analysis for all COGS details (productivity, spend, volume, inventory penalties, others), of LATAM TEBG, including contact with Plant Finance and the E&SC LATAM leader.Besides, good alignment with Business Finance team to understand business environment (price, mix and volume) that impact Std Gross Margin.Deeply analyzing current and future E&SC and Business situations and financial viability and identifying risks and red flags.Creating synergies and efficiencies in a high-performance Business Finance team.Execution of pricing strategies across the division and sub-region to optimize margins and maintain us competitiveness in price corridors.Improve sales effectiveness by leading the estimate process in a detailed and simplified manner and leveraging commercial effectiveness.GM analysis and ownsership.Analysis and approval of commercial BIDs and negotiations, driving to effective decision making and policy accomplishment.OP/QOR/MRE/Estimates Execution process for LATAM TEBG COGOS and monthly rhythm of R&O (risks and opportunities) estimates.SG&A Expenses analysis, with details among Direct (headcounts), Indirect, fixed, and variable, and how they are connected with the sales.Manage cash through Inventory (DIO) and Accounts Receivable (DSO) metrics.Manage business review presentations to Top leadershipYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, engineering or related majors.Advance English and Spanish.10+ years of total work experience, and at least 5 years of experience in finance.Advance knowledge in excel, power point, PowerBi.Knowledge in at least one of these businesses: Industrial, transportation or electronics.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Leading with strict deadlines and driving growth with business directors and partnerships.Have a good P&L knowledge to provide the best financial advice to the business and manufacturing
