shape the future of technology services for Property & Casualty (P&C) carriers.This is a customer facing role focused on implementing AI powered solutions and configuring our platform with Python, MySQL and automation tools.You'll collaborate closely with customers to translate business needs into technical outcomes, ensuring our AI enhanced systems deliver performance, reliability and directly with customers to understand business needs and translate them into AI enhanced technical solutionsConfigure and extend our platform using Python, MySQL and AI APIs to deliver intelligent functionalityPartner with product management to launch secure, user friendly features that integrate automation, predictive analytics and natural language capabilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to define AI driven requirements, manage expectations and drive on time deliveryThrive in an Agile environment with Scrum, automated testing, continuous integration, code reviews and version controlDeliver projects on time based on the defined Statement of Work and communicate progress effectively with customersOwn the creation and maintenance of validation tests focused on ensuring accuracy and integrity of AI powered workflowsLeverage AI throughout the implementation process to optimize workflows, automate complex tasks and improve customer outcomesWhat You'll BringBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field5+ years of experience in Python web development3+ years of SaaS product development experience, including cloud based solutions3+ years of professional experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL)3+ years of experience with Django or another Python framework2+ years of proven experience building and consuming APIsHands on experience using AI enhanced IDEs (e.g., Cursor, VS Code) to accelerate delivery, simplify workflows and focus on high value problem solvingExperience with agentic frameworks (e.g., AutoGen, LangGraph, CrewAI)Professional experience working with Docker for containerization and AWS services such as EC2, API Gateway and LambdaExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBonus points2+ years of
