C2C SR MANAGER LATAM Location: Brazil, Mexico The Contract to Cash (C2C) Lead for Latin America will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy, processes, and governance for the entire Contract-to-Cash cycle across multiple countries in the region.This includes oversight of contract booking, billing, cash application, collections, dispute resolution, and full accounts receivable management .The role will ensure operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement within a shared services environment, driving efficiency and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Governance:Develop and implement regional C2C strategy aligned with global objectives.Establish governance frameworks, policies, and controls to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.Drive process standardization and automation across Latin America.Operational Leadership:Oversee end-to-end C2C processes: contract booking, invoicing, cash application, collections, dispute resolution, and AR management.Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure performance targets are met.Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process gaps.Stakeholder Management:Act as the primary liaison between regional business units, finance teams, and global shared services.Partner with Sales, Legal, and Operations to ensure accurate contract execution and billing.Manage escalations and resolve complex disputes with customers.Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process optimization and digital transformation.Implement best practices and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Team Leadership:Lead and develop a high-performing team within the shared services center.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus.Job Requirements:Education:Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field.MBA or equivalent is a plus.Experience:Minimum 10+ years of experience in Contract-to-Cash or Order-to-Cash processes.Proven track record in shared services center operations and regional leadership roles.Strong understanding of Latin American regulatory and tax requirements.Skills:Exceptional leadership and people management skills.Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Portuguese, English, and SpanishOther:Ability to work in a matrix organization and manage multiple stakeholders.Strong change management and project management experience.Key Competencies:Strategic ThinkingProcess ExcellenceCustomer OrientationInfluencing & NegotiationCultural Awareness
