Job Title: Channel Management Lead for Latin AmericaWe are seeking an experienced professional to lead our channel management efforts in Latin America.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the region's payments landscape, established relationships with key players, and excellent communication skills.About the RoleDevelop and maintain strategic partnerships with regional banks, card organizations, insurers, and third-party payment providers.Identify new business opportunities and expand existing ones to support growth in the region.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational and compliance requirements are met.Stay up-to-date with local regulations and licensing requirements to inform market entry strategies.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in fintech, payments, or financial services, with proven exposure to the Latin American payments landscape.Familiarity with local market players and established relationships with key stakeholders.Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.Excellent communication and relationship management skills.Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is required; English proficiency is also a must.What We OfferA dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
