Game DesignerJoin our studio and contribute to the development of Project Kingpin, a fresh take on crime-strategy and management games.As a Game Designer, you will work across gameplay systems, economy, and progression to shape how players experience the world we are building.Key Responsibilities:Design and document core gameplay systems, loops, and progression structuresBalance player rewards, pacing, and progression using data and playtestingWrite and maintain clear design documentation (GDDs, feature briefs, tuning sheets)Collaborate closely with developers, artists, and production to prototype and refine mechanicsParticipate in playtests and iterate based on player feedbackContribute ideas across mission design, economy systems, and player experienceHelp define design processes and best practices as part of a growing studioRequirements:3+ years of professional experience in game designProven experience with gameplay systems, progression, or balancingStrong analytical thinking and ability to translate creative ideas into testable mechanicsProficiency with Excel/Sheets for tuning and balancingKnowledge of Unity editor & autonomy to use the scriptable objectsClear, structured writing and documentation skillsCan think and work creatively while taking the initiative to solve problemsStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-disciplineSelf-motivated, strong work ethic, and able to work independentlyDrive towards professional growthFluent in Portuguese; English proficiency for daily communication with U.S. leadership
