**Job Description**:
- Manages the production structure and roadmap review process prior to the budget process and periodic reviews.
- Keep informed about events that may interfere with the monthly cost of products, anticipating possible questions about the evaluations.
- Prepare a comparative report foreseen in the annual budget between what was planned and what was carried out and possible revisions.
- Manages the annual and quarterly process of budgeting manufacturing costs with the various production areas.
- Respond to requests for analysis and cost projections for new products.
- Calculate the standard cost of products during the budget processes and periodic reviews.
- Coordinate the action of sending reports requested by the globals category managers.
- Translating the financial results of manufacturing activities and processes to the manufacturing team.
- Continuously seek to identify opportunities that provide a reduction in manufacturing costs.
- Manages the activities of control and organization of productive stocks (raw material, components and packaging), maintaining efficient logístical procedures, in order to seek efficiency in the management of production stocks and continuous cost reduction, through the accuracy of stocks.
- Manages the purchasing and storage of materials for MRO - Maintenance, Repair and Operation.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor degreed in Business Administration or Accounting, Economics or Engineering
- Experience in people management
- Experience in a factory environment
- Experience with FP&A / Manufacturing Controlership
- Experience with standard cost
- Handson mindset
- English Advanced/Fluent
- Desirable Spanish intermediate
