We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the success of our online programs at Open Institute of Technology.As a Program Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to academic staff and faculty, manage course schedules, and maintain records and databases.You will act as the primary contact for students, handling administrative requests, technical issues, and inquiries.
This will involve monitoring student enrollment and progress, offering guidance as needed.A key aspect of this role is facilitating communication between academic staff and students, ensuring prompt responses to queries.
You will also coordinate events, seminars, and workshops to support student learning and engagement.In addition, you will liaise with tutors to ensure timely assessment and feedback delivery.
Maintaining accurate records, reports, and program-related documentation is also essential.The ideal candidate should have proficiency in English (C1+), a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field, and 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in higher education.Key skills include strong organizational and time management abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
