Job Title: Detailed Administrative Support SpecialistWe are seeking a diligent and organized administrative support specialist to join our team. As an administrative support specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, managing schedules, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external teams.This role requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, utilizing Google Workspace tools such as Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, and Sheets, as well as WhatsApp, Asana, Miro, Canva, and AI tools.In this position, you will be responsible for calendar management, email organization, task tracking, documentation, and customer support. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will enable you to excel in this role.To qualify for this position, you must have at least one year of related experience and/or a related degree. Additionally, proficiency in multiple software applications is highly desirable.Key Responsibilities:
  • Calendar Management: Organize and maintain up-to-date schedules using Google Calendar.
  • Email Management: Review, prioritize, and organize emails professionally using Gmail.
  • Task Tracking: Utilize Asana to monitor tasks and deadlines.
  • Documentation: Prepare reports, take meeting notes, and maintain organized digital files using Google Drive and Docs.
  • Customer Support: Communicate effectively with clients and teams via email, chat, and phone as needed.
Qualifications:
  • 1 year of related experience and/or a related degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
