Administrative Analyst Role

This is a pivotal position within our organization, focusing on administrative tasks and supporting our operational teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have strong analytical abilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To support US Operations cities with growth deliverables and day-to-day work efficiencies.
  • Develop automations for growth-related ways of working and portfolio changes.
  • Analyze data to create detailed reports for leadership teams, communicating trends and predictions using relevant data.
  • Standardize market-wide ways of working to enhance timeliness and execution on furnishings and move-outs.
  • Perform audits and improve data metrics for guests and internal teams, managing timely data collection to update productivity achievements.
  • Enter unit/building/process information accurately for other teams.
  • Collaborate with operational team members and leaders to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Communicate with third-party vendors as needed to support OPS/CX operations.
  • Provide admin support for onboarding and move-out processes, including utility setups, package management, and account cancellations.
  • Schedule furnishing and onboarding tasks, communicate with third-party vendors, and track disposal data related to move-outs.
  • Assist Central Operations, OPS local team, and finance/accounting with ad-hoc projects.
