**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as an Operations Support Specialist. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by providing exceptional customer support, technical assistance, and process management.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective customer support to tutors and clients through various communication channels.
  • Assist with account setup, student opportunities, and tutoring products.
  • Resolve technical issues for instructors and students in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Support scheduling conflicts, payment and payroll issues, and other related tasks.
  • Monitor live online classes, provide insights for school system partners, and handle complaints and feedback.
  • Measure quality inputs, address defects, and escalate issues when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient level B2 English language skills.
  • Experience with Google documents and other productivity tools.
  • Professional experience in recruiting, education, customer service, retail, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to change.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, think critically, and make sound decisions.
