Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify all hardware used is compatible with Microsoft, VMware, and Red Hat matrices.
  • Provide maintenance and technical support for software and equipment provided in the platform-as-a-service solution.
  • Validate compatibility matrix with devices connected to Storage and Data Network upon request.
