**Job Title:** Data Center Operations and Support Specialist

**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Operations and Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for managing and operating high-availability data centers using technologies such as VXRail, Dell, Storage EMC, and HP Baremetal Servers.

You will also be responsible for monitoring facilities, preparing routine documentation, and administering storage and backup systems. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will ensure that our data center operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, operate, and monitor high-availability data centers using VXRail, Dell, Storage EMC, and HP Baremetal Servers.
  • Monitor facilities, including cooling, electrical, temperature, and humidity.
  • Prepare routine documentation to ensure smooth operations.
  • Administer storage and backup systems, ensuring security and availability.
  • Coordinate tape library operations at remote sites.
  • Monitor execution and recover/restart operations in case of failure.
**Requirements:**
  • Experience with data center operations and support.
  • Knowledge of VXRail, Dell, Storage EMC, and HP Baremetal Servers.
  • Ability to monitor multiple devices/applications using Zabbix/Grafana/PBI/Tableau.
  • Experience with executing runbooks accordingly to incident events.
  • Ability to find the right SOPs and provide feedback for improvements.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), Python, Java, .Net, Elastic Stack, Kibana, and Selenium.
  • Ability to collect information from tools such as Microsoft System Center Orchestrator (SCO), PowerShell, SQL Reporting Services, and Power BI.
**Preferred Skills:**
  • Experience as a Product Analyst/Sales/Pre-Sales/Business Analysis.
  • Complete higher education.
  • English Advanced/Fluent.
