Job Title: Data Center Operations Expert

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for managing, operating, and monitoring high availability data centers using various technologies such as VXRail Dell, Storage EMC, and HP Baremetal Servers.

This position requires expertise in virtualized platforms, baremetal solutions, and networking technologies. The candidate should also have knowledge of storage and backup systems, as well as familiarity with tools such as Unisphere, Veritas NETBackup, OpsCenter, and Veeam.

  • Ensuring hardware compatibility is a key responsibility, along with providing maintenance and technical support for software and equipment.
  • Validating compatibility matrices with devices connected to storages and data networks is also a critical aspect of the role.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring large activities, applying updates to microcodes, and making changes to improve reliability and availability.

In addition, the role requires expertise in monitoring capacity and efficiency, suggesting new additions or growth of baselines, and maintaining communication between storage and servers.
