System Infrastructure Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the management and maintenance of high availability data centers. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining high availability data centers using various technologies such as VXRail, Dell, Storage EMC, and HP Baremetal Servers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, operate, and monitor high availability data centers using various technologies
  • Follow procedures for DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan) and apply patches to ensure system health and uptime
  • Monitor facilities datacenter (cooling, electrical, temperature/humidity) manually or using tools
  • Prepare routine documentation for operations and maintenance
  • Administer storage and backup systems, ensuring security and availability of the environment
Tools and Technologies:
  • Unisphere, Veritas NETBackup, OpsCenter, Veeam EMC VNX5500, HP P2000, DELL MD3200, HP P4500, EMC VNX5200, DELL ME4024, Tape library Dell
  • Install, configure, define policies, and monitor backup activities for hybrid environments using Veeam/CommVault, Netbackup
  • Coordinate tape library operation in all remote sites
  • Responsible for keeping safe tape libraries according to policies defined by the customer
Requirements:
  • Experience with data center operations, infrastructure management, and ITIL processes
  • Familiarity with storage and backup systems, including configuration and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of network protocols and devices, including switches and routers
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
