Operations Support Professional

This is a key role within our organization, responsible for supporting daily store operations. The Operations Support Professional will play a vital part in inventory management, shipment handling, and maintaining the back-of-house area.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Complete tasks such as Replenishment App submissions, Gap Scans, and Cyclic Counts according to established schedules.
  • Analyze inventory reports, identify discrepancies, and work with the team to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Monitor incoming shipments and store-to-store transfers, ensuring all items are processed correctly.
  • Support resolving discrepancies related to shipments and transfers under the guidance of the Operations Team Lead.
  • Maintain a well-organized back-of-house area, ensuring items are properly stored and easily accessible.
  • Support seasonal transitions by rotating stock and labeling items in preparation for changes.
  • Provide support in back-office operations, ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding order statuses, delivery schedules, and any issues that may arise.

Key skills required include: Handling Complexity, Planning and Organizing, Attention to Detail, Numeracy, Product Knowledge, Effective Communication, Working knowledge of Excel, SAP knowledge an asset.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in Admin & Operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong collaboration, managing complexity, taking initiative, drive for results, and talent development skills.
