About the Role

We are seeking a Payments and Disputes Coordinator to join our team, responsible for managing all payments to External Delivery Service Providers, including payment disputes. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless payment experience for partners and continually identify ways to improve operations.

This role is part of our Brazil Transportation team, working closely with internal teams and external partners. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and experience with P&L analysis.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage all payments EDSPs and partner payment disputes
  • Own last mile partners' payment experience
  • Own payment performance metrics
  • Partner with Procurement to adjust costs of nodes
  • Actively engage with internal teams and external partners
  • Ensure compliance throughout the global payment process standards
  • Work on continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Operations, or related fields
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills (vlookup, advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros)
  • Experience with P&L analysis
  • Fluent Portuguese and advanced English writing skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Logistics and Transportation
