**TRABALHAR PARA UMA EMPRESA GRINGA, MORANDO NO BRASIL, SEMPRE FOI SEU SONHO?**Vem que temos vaga de **PRODUCT ANALYST** para uma empresa de **TECNOLOGIA**:**THE ROLE**:This role is an individual contributor position reporting to the VP of Product and is responsible for owning product initiatives from stakeholder request through delivery with a strong emphasis on writing specifications.If you have experience documenting complex business processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and translating real-world needs into clear, actionable software requirements—this is the role for you.(This is not a technical product role and does not involve sprint planning or managing teams.)- Lead discovery sessions with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, workflow pain points, and regulatory considerations- Translate stakeholder input into clear, structured product specifications—detailing user needs, functional requirements, and business logic for the development team- Collaborate with a product designer to define and refine user interface and experience flows that support stakeholder goals- Partner with software developers to ensure a shared understanding of requirements before development begins, and provide clarifications as needed throughout the build process- Review completed development work to confirm alignment with specifications, user expectations, and compliance standards- Coordinate product launches, including stakeholder communications, release documentation, and end-user training- Monitor adoption of new features including user feedback, roadblocks, and performance metrics.**THE CANDIDATE**:- College degree in Business, Process Design, Information Systems or similar field, or equivalent work experience;- 5-10 years experience in product management, business analysis, or similar roles.- Extensive background in writing clear, detailed specifications for software development- Comfortable owning the full lifecycle of a product feature or enhancement- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills- Able to synthesize complex requirements into structured documentation that drives development- Strong attention to detail, especially in reviewing solutions for compliance with business needs and specifications- **ADVANCED English level required (read/write/speak)****THE BENEFITS**:- Flexible, unlimited vacation policy- Competitive salarySe interessou?É só se inscrever e aguardar nosso contato.Não se interessou, mas conhece quem possa?Indique para um amigo(a).E não se esqueça de deixar seu CV em nosso **BANCO DE TALENTOS.
