we are building an unparalleled data collection pipeline deployed on aws and written in go and typescript.our focus is innovation, quality, and accessibility.we develop a one-stop lead generator platform with a typescript and graphql based web application deployed on aws using a serverless paradigm.our ideal candidate is a senior backend (typescript) engineer to join for 12 months.they'll be comfortable with aws (serverless architecture), typescript, and willing to pick up new technologies like go.a language agnostic attitude towards software engineering is a plus.Key Responsibilitiesensure the quality of our data processing pipelinecreate and review processes that affect speed and cost efficiencyintegrate all steps in our data pipeline seamlesslyoptimise the product for continuous scalabilitydeliver ongoing process improvementcollaborate with frontend engineers, cto, and principle software engineermeet aggressive development timelinesown complex tasks from concept to completion ensuring high standards of quality under pressureRequirementsbachelor's degree in computer science or related fieldminimum 5 years relevant experience in backend software engineeringexperience with typescript for backend developmentknowledge of other programming languages like python, java, c++business proficiency in english is essentialmeticulous attention to detailproven ability to thrive in a high-pressure deadline-driven environmentstartup mentality understanding dedication required in a startup environmentexcellent communication and collaboration skills business-level english requiredstrong history of delivering high-quality results with minimal supervision
