Sr.Customer Success Analyst is a key role within our organization, responsible for delivering specialized technical solutions to escalated support cases and providing exceptional customer experiences.We are seeking an experienced professional to utilize Chrome Developer Tools to analyze web applications, review network requests, debug front-end issues, and identify JavaScript or API failures.The ideal candidate will have expertise in API testing and validation using tools like Postman or cURL.This position requires the ability to conduct IIS and SSL diagnostics to investigate and resolve issues on Windows Application Servers.Additionally, the successful applicant will be able to configure and troubleshoot Windows ADFS Servers and perform remote diagnostics via VPN RDP or similar tools.Requirements:A minimum of 8+ years of customer support experience is required.An ERP/MIS background is preferred, as well as print industry knowledge.Experience with tools such as Salesforce JIRA and Confluence is also advantageous.The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of support operations and troubleshooting methodologies.About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and take on a challenging role that requires technical expertise and excellent communication skills.We offer a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth and development.If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply.
