Job DescriptionThe Senior Talent Acquisition Partner plays a pivotal role in driving hiring success across multiple teams, particularly in the LATAM region.Operating within the global Talent Acquisition organization, this individual partners closely with business leaders to develop and execute effective hiring strategies.This role requires autonomy, strong stakeholder management, and a consultative approach to ensure high-quality, timely hires in a competitive market.Key responsibilities include helping shape hiring plans, advising on talent trends, and championing growth across LATAM.Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment across Engineering, Product, and GTM roles in the LATAM region — from intake through offer.Partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and senior leaders to define needs, build strategies, and drive hiring outcomes.Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to proactively source top talent and build diverse pipelines.Translate market research into actionable hiring strategies, including competitor insights, compensation trends, and talent availability.Own the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication, smooth process flow, and alignment with client's brand.Leverage AI tools and recruiting technology to enhance speed, quality, and efficiency throughout the hiring lifecycle.
