Job OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of System Engineer, focusing on enterprise monitoring and observability platforms.The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing Splunk, DynaTrace, and NewRelic systems.In this position, you will play a critical role in ensuring the daily health, performance, and availability of our enterprise monitoring tools.This involves performing routine maintenance, upgrades, and configuration tuning to ensure optimal system performance.The successful candidate will also be expected to troubleshoot and resolve monitoring-related incidents and service tickets in a timely and efficient manner.Collaboration with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams is essential to integrate monitoring solutions and improve visibility.Additionally, the ability to develop and maintain dashboards, alerts, and reports is crucial to support operational and business needs.Requirements5+ years of experience in systems engineering or enterprise monitoring roles.Hands-on experience with Splunk, DynaTrace, and NewRelic in production environments.Strong understanding of IT operations, incident management, and ticketing systems.Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation and tool integration.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker).Excellent troubleshooting skills and a bias for action in high-pressure situations.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in a global or distributed team.Knowledge of ITIL practices and observability maturity models.Certifications in Splunk, DynaTrace, or NewRelic are a plus.
