Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team.As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in analyzing business needs and developing solutions to drive growth and efficiency.As a Business Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to serve as a subject matter expert for various applications, including Tax, Sourcing, Travel, Expense, and Real Estate.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement operational and system enhancements, ensuring that our production capabilities are effective and efficient.Key objectives include developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and technology staff, serving as a liaison between technical and functional stakeholders, and coordinating project activities.Additionally, you will define project scope, strategy, deliverable priorities, and recommend alternative solutions.Responsibilities also include defining detailed requirements, analyzing business needs, validating solutions with internal partners, and establishing project and knowledge management processes and tools.Required Skills and QualificationsAdvanced EnglishRelevant experience working with Tax, Sourcing, Shared Services, Travel, Expense, or Real Estate applicationsApplication configuration, design, and interface experienceExperience working with third-party vendors to implement SaaS solutionsWorking knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and project management methodologiesFinancial & Business acumen, including awareness of management and analysis processesStrong PC skills, including experience using MS Office Products, especially Excel and ProjectExcellent organization skills and verbal and written communication skillsBenefitsThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.OthersYou will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, develop new skills, and grow professionally.If you are a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
