Human Resources Intern

We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our outstanding team at the 4flow office in Campinas, Brazil.What your new challenge will look likeParticipating in the spectrum of HR activities such as talent acquisition, onboarding, team member support and offboarding processes;Identifying and inspiring potential new 4flowers through actively searching on currently used networks, representing 4flow at recruiting events and meeting with new talents to bring them over to 4flow;Supporting talent acquisition through cv screening, administrative and organizational tasks as well as phone interviews;Taking care of welcome packages and onboarding for new hires;Managing administrative tasks such as medical exams, personal files, sick leave documents, vouchers and survey links;Assisting our international team members when needed;Introducing current trends and ideas and promoting their implementation.Why you belong at 4flowYou are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering, Economics, or a related field of study;It is desirable that you have some practical experience in HR, particularly in recruitment, ideally through internships or other means;Your communication skills in English are very good and you are confident with MS Office tools;You are detail-oriented, proactive, communicative, and open minded;You appreciate an international environment and a motivated team and like to have fun at work;You like to take on responsibility and meet challenges with creative solutions.You are available to work 6 hours per day with a minimum 1-year contract;You are available to work in a hybrid model at our Campinas office.What we offerCome join us At 4flow, you'll find a clearly defined vision, a dynamic learning environment, and excellent opportunities for your professional growth.As an intern in a highly international and fast-growing company with a vibrant corporate culture, you will gain hands-on experience, develop valuable skills, and be part of a supportive, collaborative team.P.S.: Yes, we do have great coffee and office as wellReady for 4flow?Then please apply online.Please upload an English version of your resume when applying.
