OverviewThis position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company.We are currently looking for a Senior Data Scientist in Americas.As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how data drives strategy, innovation, and growth.You will partner with cross-functional teams to design predictive models, uncover insights, and translate complex analytics into actionable business decisions.This role goes beyond reporting — you will help the company move from analyzing the past to forecasting and influencing the future.With access to a modern data stack, you will apply advanced analytics and machine learning in impactful ways while working in a highly collaborative, remote-first environment.Base pay range: $173,000.00/yr - $173,000.00/yr.ResponsibilitiesDesign and deploy predictive models to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and engagementCollaborate with Product, Marketing, Revenue, and Customer Experience teams to identify high-impact opportunities for modeling and experimentationBuild prototypes and production-ready models in Python, leveraging modern tools such as Snowflake and dbtPartner with data engineering to ensure clean, reliable, and extensible pipelines for advanced analyticsTranslate complex model outputs into clear recommendations for senior leadershipContribute to the design of analytics capabilities that can extend into customer-facing productsQualifications5-7 years of experience in data science, applied machine learning, or advanced analyticsStrong skills in Python and SQL, with the ability to work with large datasets and build end-to-end modelsExperience developing forecasting, classification, or scoring models in business contextsFamiliarity with modern data workflows and tools such as dbt, Snowflake, Hex, or StreamlitExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholdersBonus: experience embedding ML insights into applications or customer-facing productsBenefitsCompetitive salary starting at $173,000 (or equivalent in local currency), adjusted based on experience and market benchmarks100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family16 weeks of fully paid parental leaveUnlimited paid time offStipends for remote work and wellnessDedicated budget for professional developmentA supportive, inclusive, and growth-focused work environmentAdditional job detailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Information TechnologyIndustries: Non-profit Organizations and Primary and Secondary EducationThank you for your interest#J-18808-Ljbffr
