What we are looking forWe're looking for a proactive and communicative professional who is passionate about Hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes.
Someone who thrives in dynamic environments, is detail-oriented, and enjoys solving problems with autonomy and responsibility.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in the HR and operations field.
You'll be part of a multicultural team that values transparency, high performance, and continuous feedback.
The position is hybrid in Florianópolis and requires daily communication in English.
ResponsibilitiesSupport hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes.Collaborate with the team to understand business needs and communicate with clients when appropriate.Contribute to process improvements and maintain accurate records.Engage in a dynamic environment with autonomy and responsibility.
RequirementsMust-haves:English proficiency (spoken and written)Living in Florianópolis – SCInterest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative workStrong communication skillsNice-to-haves:Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasksFamiliarity with Excel or spreadsheetsExperience in fast-paced environments or startupsInternational experienceUndergraduate degree
