Senior Business Development ManagerThe ideal candidate will possess a strong scientific foundation, advanced business acumen, and a commitment to innovation in nutritional products.With a diversified customer base spanning consumer health, functional foods, and nutraceutical brands, the business is poised for a new phase of strategic growth and international expansion.Key Responsibilities:Define and implement a comprehensive business strategy, driving revenue growth through new partnerships, customer acquisition, and product innovation.Oversee all business operations, including manufacturing, R&D, sales, quality, and regulatory functions.Lead organisational transformation to enhance efficiency, scalability, and market responsiveness.Ensure operational excellence, quality assurance, and compliance with international standards.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all departments.Key Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).15+ years of leadership experience in dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.Proven track record in executive management, business transformation, or scaling operations across Latin America.Deep understanding of supplement manufacturing processes, regulatory frameworks, and supply chain dynamics.Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience leading P&L responsibility.Bilingual or multilingual proficiency.
