As a Workday Financial Consultant, you'll work in a team to design, implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base.
You'll build relationships with our customers, shape and deliver solutions that are aligned to customer needs, fit for purpose and commercially viable.
You'll provide excellent guidance to customers, understanding their business and requirements.
You'll support more junior members of the team and share your knowledge with them.ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for global customers.Build relationships with customers and deliver solutions aligned to customer needs, fit for purpose and commercially viable.Provide guidance to customers, understand their business requirements, and translate them into Workday configurations.Support more junior team members and share knowledge with the team.Minimum (Essential) Requirements1-3 years of experience with Workday Financials implementations.Knowledge of Workday Financials modules including Procure to Pay and Record to Report; experience with additional modules is a plus.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management & governance skills.Experience with Workday Report Writer, EIBs, calculated fields, and security setup.Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics.Excellent understanding of Workday delivery methodologies.Ability to rotate through various Workday delivery services, specifically Consulting and Application Management Services.For Application Management Services, ability to deliver work to meet defined Service Level Agreements.Excellent customer management experience with stakeholders at all levels and ability to present to client audiences from multiple regions/cultures.Willingness to travel to customer sites in the same region (minimal out-of-region travel may be required).
Ability to work with cross-functional functional & technical consultants to understand Workday configuration.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Strong teamwork and leadership qualities to guide the team towards company goals.DesirableWorkday Financials Certification.CPA or equivalent accounting credentials.Embracing our differencesAt Kainos, we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion.
