Join us and be part of something bigger.As a Workday Time Tracking & Absence Consultant at Kainos, you'll join a high-performing team to implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base—typically leading a dedicated project workstream.
You'll build strong relationships with clients, deliver solutions aligned with their business needs, and support junior team members with mentorship and knowledge-sharing.What You'll DoLead a functional workstream throughout the full Workday implementation lifecycleConfigure and deploy Workday Time Tracking and Absence solutionsGuide and advise customers, helping shape fit-for-purpose, commercially viable solutionsSupport junior consultants through mentorship and trainingCollaborate closely with the customer to assess needs, manage expectations, and resolve issuesPresent and explain complex functionality or solutions in workshops and demosContribute to internal improvements and tools/processes within the practiceSupport sales activities, including estimating delivery for work packagesRotate through different delivery services (Consulting & AMS), delivering work to defined SLAsMinimum Requirements2+ years of hands-on Workday Time Tracking & Absence configuration experienceStrong understanding of core Workday Time Tracking and Absence modulesExcellent customer focus and stakeholder management skillsStrong consulting skills: workshop facilitation, presenting, and solution explanationProven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesCommercially aware, with an understanding of project/business dynamicsCapable of leading workstreams independentlyExperience working in or with Application Management Services (AMS)Willingness to travel to client sites within the region (minimal out-of-region travel may be required)Desirable (Nice-to-Have)Workday Time Tracking and Absence CertificationPrevious experience in Application Management Services (AMS)Understanding of service utilization metrics within a services organizationEmbracing our differencesAt Kainos, we believe in the power of diversity, equity and inclusion.
