OverviewENG (engbim.com) is a BIM company that specializes in hands-on, field-focused BIM services.Founded in ****, we are a large BIM production service provider with over 5,000 BIM projects completed and a dedicated team of more than 600 staff.We provide MEP Modeling, VDC/BIM Management, Laser Scanning, Scan to BIM, and a broad range of BIM production services to architects, engineers, and owners.The RoleThe BIM Specialist role covers modeling of different trades (MEP), depending on background and project scope.Responsibilities include delivering high-quality modeling with appropriate LOD and QAQC, and working with increasing autonomy in self-management and modeling efforts.A BIM Specialist helps prevent client problems by detecting potential conflicts during information review, modeling, and coordination phases.Minimum requirementsAn excellent level of English (spoken and written) is mandatory.Candidates must be able to engage fluently with native and non-native speakers.Candidates without this requirement will NOT be considered.Solid experience modeling HVAC and plumbing in Revit for commercial, industrial, healthcare, and residential construction.This includes process piping, ductwork, sheet metal, mechanical equipment (pumps, AHUs, RTUs, chillers, boilers), and plumbing elements (domestic water, sanitary drainage, gray water, stormwater, medical gases, compressed air lines, pumps, heaters, and hangers).Experience coordinating or clash-detecting through Navisworks (Revizto acceptable but Navisworks prioritized); knowledge of BIM coordination, clash reports, QAQC, and model accuracy.A mechanical or civil engineering bachelor's degree (architects could be considered only if they have extensive experience modeling and coordinating MEP trades themselves).Desirable/Additional requirementsFamiliarity with BIM add-ins (e.g., Evolve, SysQue, Fabrication Parts).Experience in conceptual design / BIM Design assist.AutoCAD Plant 3D knowledge.Dynamo/Python knowledge applied to BIM.On-site/field experience.Ability to produce detailed models with real-world fittings and connection types.Note: If you do not have experience working with Revit in formal jobs, this profile may be hard to consider.Please do not apply if your English level is insufficient.Work arrangementWork from Anywhere: Flexibility to work remotely or from a coworking space.Paid time off: Flexible paid time off policy.Wellness & Culture: Freedom and responsibility culture, healthy snack allowances, team celebrations and challenges.Continuous Learning: Programs to develop technical and soft skills.Work Equipment & Allowances: Equipment and allowances to support your workspace, including home office setup and device upgrades.Internet Allowance: Monthly internet and related expenses coverage.Compensation: Highly competitive, with a mix of fixed and variable pay, in USD.Compensation details are competitive and commensurate with experience.Application note: Ensure your CV is in English, otherwise your application cannot be considered.Seniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeIndustry: ConstructionReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at ENG.Get notified about new BIM roles in Bahia, Brazil.#J-*****-Ljbffr
