Job Title:Country Operations ManagerJob Description:The Country Operations Manager will lead and shape our entire LATAM operation, with the autonomy to make high-impact decisions.They must be adept at building and inspiring high-performing teams, driving compliance and retention, and cultivating trusted long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all LATAM resources to ensure productivity and quality.Manage the full employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, HR compliance, and performance management.Monitor attrition rates and implement proactive retention strategies.Drive employee satisfaction through engagement programs, career development, and structured feedback channels.Requirements:Experience: 8–12 years in senior leadership or country management, preferably in the IT/Consulting sector.People & HR Management: Proven success in leading teams, driving workforce planning, employee engagement, HR processes, and HR compliance, with measurable improvement in retention.Tech Operations Oversight: Demonstrated ability to set up, scale, and manage IT/Tech teams.Stakeholder Engagement: Strong track record in building trusted relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.Strategic & Operational Skills: Ability to translate business objectives into actionable operational and delivery plans, while ensuring compliance and efficiency.Communication: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; Spanish and Portuguese proficiency are strong advantages.Technical Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems, business management platforms, and performance reporting tools.Why Join Us?Strategic leadership role with direct impact on our LATAM operationsCompetitive remunerationWork within a global and fast-growing organizationFriendly, supportive, positive, and professional team of expertsMulticultural and diverse environmentFull-time employmentRemote work conditions
