We are seeking for a highly motivated, inspiring, and results-driven Senior Program Manager to lead our Catalog and Scalability Programs team.
This is a people manager role, requiring exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
As the Catalog and Scalability Leader for Brazil, you will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and adept at working with diverse teams and data sources.
Your excellent analytical abilities and project management expertise will be essential as you drive initiatives to enhance our Brazilian catalog at scale.
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs to successful outcomes
- Strong people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a talented team
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and stakeholder management capabilities
- Analytical mindset and comfort working with ambiguity
- Hands-on experience in driving data-driven catalog quality initiatives

- Partner cross-functionally with technical teams to launch scalable GenAI solutions for catalog enhancement
- Analyze data from multiple sources to identify opportunities and implement impactful catalog quality initiatives
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, building alignment and driving swift execution
- Monitor and drive efficiency across all service processes, analyzing and fixing the root cause of problems.
