Headhunter Recruitment SpecialistEmpowering individuals and businesses worldwide is our passion at INDI.We are seeking a Headhunter Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team.This professional will be responsible for identifying and assessing various profiles (Technical and Non-technical).Review online information of candidates to assess their general fit.Verify candidate interest through phone calls, Skype, or mail.Schedule internal interviews, send invites, and maintain system records.Conduct interviews to assess qualifications by validating profile, experience, interests, commitment, and logic questions.Organize technical interviews.Follow up with candidates throughout the process.Requirements:At least 2 years of work experience.Excellent communication skills, especially in listening and persuasion.Time management and organization.Flexibility and adaptability to constant changes.Working experience in sales techniques.Knowledge in head-hunting industry.Advanced English Level.
