This role focuses on AI-augmented customer support, blending human expertise with AI to resolve complex tickets and improve AI systems.What You Will Be DoingAI-Augmented Customer Resolutions: Analyze complex tickets escalated by AI systems, apply human expertise to areas where AI falls short, and contribute to improving the AI system.Engage in continuous learning across Trilogy's 100+ product portfolio to tackle diverse technical challenges.Collaborate with AI development teams to enhance the capabilities of support chatbots.Provide feedback and insights that influence the evolution of AI systems and customer support strategies.What You Won't Be DoingPerforming monotonous, repetitive support tasks—AI handles routine work so you can focus on complex issues.Prolonged onboarding—quickly dive into our systems and products.Relying heavily on management for problem-solving—this role requires independence and self-sufficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the integration of human expertise with AI to elevate customer support, resolving complex issues beyond AI's current capabilities.Basic RequirementsAt least 3 years in a technical customer support role.Advanced generative AI proficiency, including automation and custom GPTs; basic LLM usage is insufficient.Residence in North or South America.About TrilogyHundreds of software businesses run on the Trilogy Business Platform.
