This role is hybrid in Florianópolis and requires daily English communication.We are seeking a proactive and communicative professional who is passionate about Hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in the HR and operations field.
You will be part of a multicultural team that values transparency, high performance, and continuous feedback.If you feel your values align with Brick Abode culture, please review the details below.ResponsibilitiesEngage in hiring and talent hunting activities, people operations, and administrative processes.Collaborate with the team to understand client needs and support HR/operations functions with autonomy and responsibility.Communicate with colleagues in English, participate in a dynamic work environment, and contribute to process improvements.QualificationsMust-haves:English proficiency (spoken and written)Residence in Florianópolis – SCInterest in headhunting, people operations, and administrative workStrong communication skillsNice-to-haves:Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasksFamiliarity with Excel or spreadsheetsExperience in fast-paced environments or startupsInternational experienceUndergraduate degreeSoft Skills:ProactivityProblem-solving mindsetClear and effective communicationContract detailsAs Contractor (PJ)Competitive compensation: R$2.5K, with potential increase to R$5K after 6 monthsWork with international clients and standardsOpportunity to grow as a leaderPossibility to move between teams2 weeks of paid leave per yearPaid national holidays, paid parental leave, paid marriage leaveAll expenses paid for training, conferences, and online coursesRemote work optionsHealth care planIf you are passionate about technology and want to work on cutting-edge projects, we encourage you to apply.
