What kind of professional are we looking for?

We are looking for a proactive and communicative professional who is passionate about hiring, talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes. You thrive in dynamic environments, are detail-oriented, and enjoy solving problems with autonomy and responsibility. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in the HR and operations field. You will be part of a multicultural team that values transparency, high performance, and continuous feedback. The position is hybrid in Florianópolis and requires daily communication in English.

Responsibilities
  • Support hiring and talent acquisition tasks within a growing organization.
  • Engage in administrative processes related to people operations.
  • Collaborate with a multicultural team to meet business needs and client expectations.
What you need to apply
  • Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Living in Florianópolis – SC
  • Interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work
  • Strong communication skills
Nice-to-haves
  • Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks
  • Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets
  • Experience in fast-paced environments or startups
  • International experience
  • Undergraduate degree

Contractor details
  • As a Contractor (PJ), you will have:
  • Competitive compensation - R$2.5K (possible increase to R$5k after 6 months)
