The position is hybrid in Florianópolis and requires daily communication in English.

We’re seeking a proactive and communicative professional who is passionate about Hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes. The right candidate thrives in dynamic environments, is detail-oriented, and enjoys solving problems with autonomy and responsibility.

You’ll be part of a multicultural team that values transparency, high performance, and continuous feedback.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a proactive and communicative professional focused on Hiring, talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes.
  • Engage with business needs, maintain autonomy, and communicate with stakeholders as needed.
  • Collaborate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute to process improvements.
  • Support HR and operations activities and help scale capabilities as part of a growing team.
Qualifications
  • Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); living in Florianópolis – SC; interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work; strong communication skills.
  • Nice-to-haves: Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks; familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; experience in fast-paced environments or startups; international experience; undergraduate degree; soft skills: proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication.
Compensation and benefits
  • As Contractor (PJ), you will have: Competitive compensation - R$2.5K (possibility of increasing to R$5k after 6 months).
  • Work with international clients and standards; opportunity to grow as a leader; possibility to move between teams; English-speaking environment.
  • 2 weeks of paid leave per year; paid national holidays; paid parental and marriage leave.
