Overview

Hiring Assistant at Brick Abode. This is a hybrid role in Florianópolis and requires daily English communication. You will work with international clients and be part of a multicultural, performance‑oriented team that values transparency and continuous feedback.

Responsibilities
  • Proactive and communicative professional with a passion for Hiring, talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes.
  • Thrive in dynamic environments, be detail‑oriented, and solve problems with autonomy and responsibility.
  • Engage with business needs and, when appropriate, communicate with clients to understand requirements and align on expectations.
Qualifications
  • Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); living in Florianópolis, SC; interest in head hunting, people operations, and administrative work; strong communication skills.
  • Nice-to-haves: Experience with administrative or service-related tasks; familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; experience in fast-paced environments or startups; international experience; undergraduate degree; soft skills: proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication.
Employment details
  • Contractor (PJ) with competitive compensation; R$2.5K with potential increase to R$5K after 6 months.
  • Full-time position.
  • Remote-friendly with a hybrid setup in Florianópolis; international clients served.
  • Health care plan and paid leave: 2 weeks of paid leave per year, national holidays, paid parental leave, paid marriage leave, and training allowances (conferences and online courses).
