What we are looking for

We are seeking a proactive and communicative professional who is passionate about Hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative work. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, is detail-oriented, and enjoys solving problems with autonomy and responsibility. This role is suitable for someone early in their career who wants to learn and grow in HR and operations.

Must-haves
  • English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Living in Florianópolis – SC
  • Interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work
  • Strong communication skills
Nice-to-haves
  • Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks
  • Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets
  • Experience in fast-paced environments or startups
  • International experience
  • Undergraduate degree

As Contractor (PJ), You Will Have
