What kind of professional are we looking for?

We are looking for a proactive and communicative professional who is passionate about Hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes. You thrive in dynamic environments, are detail-oriented, and enjoy solving problems with autonomy and responsibility. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in HR and operations. You will be part of a multicultural team and daily English communication is required. The position is hybrid in Florianópolis.

Responsibilities
  • Support hiring and talent acquisition activities for the organization.
  • Assist with people operations and administrative processes.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide timely updates.
  • Coordinate tasks to ensure smooth HR and operations workflows.
  • Contribute to process improvements and documentation.
Qualifications
  • Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); Living in Florianópolis – SC; Interest in head hunting, people operations, and administrative work; Strong communication skills.
  • Nice-to-haves: Previous administrative or service-related experience; Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; Experience in fast-paced environments or startups; International experience; Undergraduate degree.
Contract details and benefits
  • As a Contractor (PJ): Competitive compensation - R$2.5K (potential increase to R$5K after 6 months).
  • Work with international clients and standards; opportunity to grow as a leader.
  • Possibility to move between teams; English-speaking environment.
  • 2 weeks of paid leave per year; national holidays; paid parental and marriage leave.
