Responsibilities

The role focuses on hiring and talent operations support, and administrative tasks related to human resources. You will contribute to recruitment processes, coordinate with stakeholders, and support operational workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Must-haves:

  • English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Living in Florianópolis – SC
  • Interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work
  • Strong communication skills

Nice-to-haves:

  • Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks
  • Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets
  • Experience in fast-paced environments or startups
  • International experience
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Soft skills: Proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication

  • As a Contractor (PJ): Competitive compensation - R$2.5K (possibility to increase to R$5k after 6 months)
